Location. San Paolo Palace is located in Palermo, Italy, 1.5 kilometres from Palermo's central train station. Palermo's beaches and Sicilian markets are within three kilometres of the hotel.

Hotel Features. Offering a panoramic view of the Gulf of Palermo, San Paolo Palace is a modern, four storey hotel built in a traditional Sicilian style. Guests can enjoy a roof top swimming pool that overlooks the Sicilian coast, and there is a swim up bar. A fitness centre is also available for guests' use.

Complimentary buffet breakfast is served each day at San Paolo Palace. Omega Restaurant serves traditional Sicilian dishes on the hotel's roof, overlooking the city of Palermo, and the Antares Restaurant serves Sicilian and international dishes. The half board rate incorporates buffet breakfast and three course dinner (drinks not included).

Guestrooms. San Paolo Palace offers 280 air conditioned guestrooms with modern decor and furnishings. Satellite television with premium channels, safes, minibars, and telephones are included. Expert Tip. The Massimo Theatre, two kilometres from the hotel, is one of the largest opera theatres in Europe. The theatre was designed in a neo classical style by Gian Battista Basile, and was built by his son Ernesto.

Driving Directions
From Palermo Airport (PMO):
Distance to San Paolo Palace is 25 kilometres, approximately 40 minutes' drive.

Getting there. Trains run every 20 60 minutes from the airport to Palermo's central station (Stazione Centrale). Single tickets cost 4.50 EUR. A bus runs to Stazione Central and single tickets cost 5 EUR. From here, take a taxi or walk the 1.5 kilometres to San Paolo Palace. Taxis run directly to hotel from the airport and cost approximately 50 EUR. The hotel can organise airport transfers for a surcharge. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. Palermo city centre is compact and best explored on foot. The city and the surrounding areas are served by a network of buses. A car is recommended for exploring more of Sicily.

Drive in the direction of Palermo city centre.
Drive to the central railway station and then head for the sea.
Head East and San Paolo Palace is on the right, 1.5 kilometres from the train station.
